Does anyone have/know where to get a copy of Disc Recording vol. 1 & 2 in or around Sydney.

Are these the books published by the Audio Engineering Society, New York?

I ordered mine (which I no longer have) direct from the AES NY in the late '80s. I have never seen them in bookstores. You might try the AES and see if they're still in print. Good luck.

PS: I noteice you;re in Sydney. Do you have a lathe set up???

yeah you can still buy them, I bought volume one this year. You can also buy all the papers separately which is cheaper if you only want one or two.

Yes I bought Volumes One and Two a year ago direct from AES website.

The information is ofcourse very dated but also a very interesting read.
