Hmm, interesting machine. For me could be a Cecil Watt, or Mss. The cutting head could be a Neumann R12B, perhaps...

BBC Type C record cutter
The Head may be an "Type A" which was a Neumann clone. Later Model "Type B" Cutter was the prototype for the famous Grampians (B1, B1/D, C, D)...

THANX TROLLS!!!
I Thought it a type C ov some sort (as I named file) yet didn't know who was the manufacturer.
I had found waaay toooooo many things with searching just "type C".
I had suspensions it was British.
Thnx soooo much for the wonderful info. I can now search easier to find more info upon its design & more notably the patents.
