That is a Neumann VMS62 lathe - not many of them around. I had one and have only come across them twice since so thats four now including this one. The lathe is indeed an AM32B with the addition of the 62 pitch control unit, making it a VMS62.
The head is a Vinylium SC-99.
That is indeed an Alpha Toolex AD702
I am impressed with the installation - it looks like it is set up in a house. How ever did you get a press in that room?
Also spotted another record making video on YouTube http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=8Z9QFSAQdrA&feature=related
This is Australian and shows AUSTRALIAN CRAWL recording the single "Beautiful People", probably at Studios 301 which was then owned by EMI. The disc cutting is at Studios 301 and the pressing plant shows an EMI custom made six-cell plating tank and a manual record press which does not look like an EMI manual press at all!!! This record was released in 1979 making this video THIRTY YEARS OLD now!!!

OK, got it. I watched this video in HQ mode and the brand of the record press is legible.
This is a "Johns" press in the EMI factory. It is an Australian-made hydraulic press using book-type moulds, rather like Finebilt. It even looks like a Finebilt.
RCA Australia had six of these together with ten Alpha Toolex semi-automatic presses. RCA later installed four Alpha Toolex fully automatic presses and closed down soon after. The automatic presses were sent to RCA Minneapolis, USA.
I don't believe we ever saw any Finebilt presses in Australia and I have no idea what machines were used for the manufacture of 78rpm records.
