Looking for Larry Boden's: Basic Disc Mastering 3rd Ed.

Hi Everyone & Happy new year!

My name is Miguel I'm a electronic music producer, dj and audio engineer from Baja California, México living in Southern California USA.

Recently became interested in the science of cutting records and been reading a lot here in the forum for the past month or so. Somewhere here read about Larry Boden's book and I know this is not available as pdf and he has been doing limited runs of the book and the last ebay listing I found was already sold out.

Does anyone knows where (if available) can I found a copy
of the book or if someone for some reason has an extra copy they would be willing to sell?

Or any idea of when more copies will come out?

I was searching for :
"DISK RECORDING VOL.1: Groove Geometry And The Recording Process"

Could not find a copy for sale or a PDF, so I wrote to aes.org and got a kind answer that i could download the full pdf of the title there:

unfortunately, it's only the table of contents!? Maybe somebody can help me (or us) with this one also!?
