i built it, and tested it.. sounds amazing.. only thing i changed was this:
i switched the 604ohm resistor on the output with a 60.4kohm resistor.. it raises the output level about 10dbu, and i plan to add a 1:4 transformer to raise the level even more and to provide isolation.. that way i have a hotter output than i need, and i never have to worry about running out of head room.. sowter transformers are reasonably priced, and used in a lot of pro recording gear, so it's probably what i will use..
