Hey everyone, I've ressurected an old 1950's RCA Victor Cutting Lathe and I've been cutting on clear Makrolon disc with cheap RCA victor player needles. I recently tried PFANSTIEL Swiss Steel phonograph needles which were just a little to small for my presto cutterhead resulting in a little distortion but I decided to put my results online for everyone to check out. Here is a little video I put together. I will be adding one of the step by step proccess of cutting with my lathe soon.
