Drive pin drill jig
After individually drilling 10 PC blanks to fit the drive pin on my 6N, I printed a jig to do 10 at a time.
The pin aligns the blanks and locates the hole to drill. I drill it a little oversized as the hole is anti-rotation, not locating. I might source a drill bushing and revise the print so I don’t start wallowing out my jig hole.
