apaper
http://www.heresee.com/twigharper/paper.htm
few photos of some paper cuts i did---
it sounds like, well um err....... paper!
super noisey surface noise noisey stuff
got some ok sounds out of it tho. . . .
first photo is of cut record jacket with spray paint, i dont think i got it to track very well... and gave up pretty quick sincemy dull needle was just getting duller and globs of paint were causing some ramp jump lift off.
second photo is of a card from sort of shape kids game... sounded pretty good considering it be paper and all.
cuts on glossy record jackets work aok too.
for record industry garbage idea the salvaged record cover is pretty tops!
check this out if you havent seen it:
its not indivualy cut or mastered on paper but :

(click on P10 archive photo)
got to be one of the neatest released 7".... the center labels were over sized and pressed right over the grooves! It sounds so great!!!
(i think bill smith pressed these...)
ONWARD HO PAPER + NEEDLE DESTROYERS!!!
