Re: For Sale : 12" vinyl record trimmer
Interesting trimmer. Can I ask...
1. What is the dial gauge on the knife for?
2. Is the knife heated?
3. What is the software for?

Hi Aussie0zborn,
Thank you for your message, here are the answers to your question:
1. What is the dial gauge on the knife for?
You refers to the numbers on the air cylinder that rotates the knife.
The numbers represent positional adjustment.
The cylinder can travel through 180 degrees.
There are stops that adjust the position in a rotational axis.
2. Is the knife heated?
No
3. What is the software for?
The whole machine runs on timers, and delays can be lengthened and shortened as required.
Bonus answer before question:
The machine can be adapted to 10" or 7" with new tables.
The positional holes to move the knife air cylinder are already in the top plate.
Hope that answers your questions,
Best,
O.
