Precision plate adjustments

I got a precision plate and adjustment tool from Souri and it comes with no instructions at all. Can anybody give me a few pointers on how to use the adjustment tool? Thank you

Three hex wrenches
put them in all at once
put the adjustment tool on the side of the TT and place it so it is touching the platter the whole way around
start with one adjustment point and make note of the number it measures
then move to the next and adjust
then the next and adjust
until all match!
