WTB: record cutter any condition

Hello, I'm looking for a record Cutter in any condition doesn't need to work or be complete, presto, wilcox-gay, radiotone, RCA or others I would like to find a stereo one but would prefer one that cuts at 33 1/3 and 45. But interested in one's that record 78's. does anyone know where I can get blanks? I also need an Astatic 66tms cartridge
