wow, this looks promising, surely it's not me who instigated this, hahaha ...

Piaptk if you need any help writing about anything I'd love to help. I just finished read the beginning 8 chapters of Oliver Read's book "The Recording and Reproduction of Sound, 2nd ed." and would be interested in contributing to the home recorder section of this proposed Wiki. PM me if you'd like some help.

Ok, I got it started, sort of. It reminded me why I quit writing a blog. It takes too damn long! haha.

Anyway, everyone feel free to go and add/subtract whatever, and I will edit it as I get some free time.
