Recordette manual uploaded
I have scanned and uploaded the user manual for the Wilcox Gay Recordette here, along with some of Cuttercollectors pictures.

Great work. Please note my pictures are from a Sears Silvertone branded unit. It is a 3 speed turntable model.
Part numbers shown may only refer to Sears and not Wilcox Gay.
I have no idea if there are any modifications or diferences in the ones built for Sears. The mic on mine was hard wired in, though the schematic shows a plug and jack. I have seen an RCA (cinch to you in Europe) mic jack on some Recordettes. Mine has an RCA AUX (line in) jack which interrupts signal from the radio.

Re: Recordette manual uploaded
Can you please post a high dpi picture of schematics for Wilcox Gay Recordette. I got the same one!
Re: Recordette manual uploaded
sorry, I don't have the machine anymore
it was trashed years ago
but the schematics should be in any model so you ask around

A reasonably legible schematic for the OJ Series can be found on page 1387 of the following .pdf.
http://highgate.comm.sfu.ca/oldradio/vol_21.pdf
There's no parts list on this schematic, but the list on the schematic Tape posted is legible enough if you zoom in.
