Stereo Cutter Heads Available - Presto - Vinyl Recorder

Some exciting news for Presto or small desktop lathe users.
Also compatible with Vinyl Recorder.

I have developed and just finished a Dynamic Stereo Cutter Head only 63mm wide that is capable of cutting nice clean loud stereo cuts! Uses a Vinyl Recorder 340 Stylus.

First tests only made a few hours ago and here’s the results.
Calibration EQ (FabFilter EQ Match)
used which includes the RIAA curve and also a quick preset was used from Ozone Dynamic EQ (I think it was called smooth high end) which gently tamed the top 2 bands.
Probably not needed if not cutting so loud!
I have cuts without and was still very good but for transparency it was used for this test cut attached.

I have someone in the UK buying two of them and someone else in Italy, and if they are happy, more will be available.

It really is a reality now, over 30 cutters using these heads daily now with excellent results!

What machine do you have?

We have different heads for different machines.
