K 10 amp recap capacitors
I am recapping a k10 amplifier. They are non-polarized capacitors and I understand how to find the foil side on non-polarized capacitors using the ocloscope. But I’ve been going down a rabbit hole on the Internet, trying to determine what kind of capacitors to use . Ceramic film polymer.? so without getting too deep into it ,what kind of capacitors should I hunt or buy? Thank you for your help.Al

In other words , I been putting them in right way but not sure I'm using the best kind for this job, after reading stuff on the internet
